End of Year

In exactly two weeks, it will be Christmas. I am still quite surprised that we are almost at the end of another year. It seems that so many of the things that I had wanted to do at the start of this year did not materialise. At the same time, this year was also a time of self-discovery, of new experiences, and most importantly, of renewed relationships with people near and dear to me.
This year was also a time of travelling to various places in the world: Bali, HK, Shanghai-Suzhou-Hangzhou, Doha, Berlin, Prague, Brussels, The Hague, Leipzig. Who knows where next year will take me to?
In a way, I am so glad that the year is coming to a close. I look forward to my vacation in Taiwan this year. Great opportunity to chill out and unwind.
