Had a really nice conversation with Pau over the phone. I really miss her even though we last saw each other in HK only recently. I guess it is very easy for us to take for granted the important relationships which we have with other people when they are all around you. We only appreciate and understand the importance of these people when they are far away from us. I guess the moral of the story is to savor every moment spent with the important people in our lives.
I registered for my German Exam the other day. It will be a tough few months of self-revision before the test in October.
Went to watch Get Smart at the cinema today. Starring Anne Hathaway, the hilarious film revolved around the increasingly popular genre of a bumbling male who has to grapple and remain dominant against the independent and modern working woman.
Got the confirmation of deferment of studies to next year. Planning to apply online to the Master's in Development Studies at Cambridge as well to try my luck.
