I realised that my expenditure has been going haywire in recent months. Have to curb spending and start saving again.
Went to watch a play produced by local theatre group, Cake Theatre with G. Entitled "Temple", the play provided a remarkable illustration of how the post industrial capitalist society have invaded into the beliefs and values of the individual, defiling them. The silence and sanctity with which the individual is able to retreat to in order to affirm his own identity is increasingly broken down and invaded by the values of the world. The individual is absorbed into the mechanics of society. Very thought provoking.
